As part of Kilgray’s team, you will work in our office in Gyula, providing support to our customers and internal team alike, regarding our products memoQ, memoQweb, Language Terminal and memoQ Cloud. Identifying, reproducing and reporting errors, documentation and testing are all parts of the job. The team works in shifts, and will switch into a 24/7 work rotation in the near future.
In this role the Individual Translator Sales and Academic Representative will respond to inquiries from individual translators. Follows up on memoQ translator pro trial downloads. Conducts promotions for individual translators, including the graduation offers to translation students. Surveys customer satisfaction among individual translators. Recommends individual translator marketing strategies and product strategies, participates in individual translator online forums.
This position is for an Account Manager for North and South America to join Kilgray’s sales team. The Business Development Manager (BDM) negotiate the agreements with the prospects, and once a deal is made, the Account Manager makes sure that customers are using our tools and they are using the tools effectively and happily. The Account Manager will manage and retain the existing accounts, identify opportunity to attempt to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, renewals and up-selling.
The business development manager is responsible for selling Kilgray’s server technologies to Translation Companies and Other companies; namely corporate buyers. They would be responsible for both generating opportunity and serving new and existing customers. The business development manager keeps a full pipeline of new and old leads, follows up on old opportunities who have not bought technology yet, sells either to new customers or additional licenses for existing accounts. The business development manager is responsible for closing deals and reaching sales quotas defined in the corporate budget.
We are looking for a UI/UX designer who will work with product design and development to conceive efficient and delightful interfaces. Your focus will be browser-based and desktop software, with occasional input into our web presence. You will be faced with a product portfolio that carries much legacy, and we count on you to advocate for good design principles throughout the design and implementation process.
