Kilgray Translation Technologies was established in 2005, and opened its headquarters in Gyula with 2 people. Ever since, the company has been rapidly growing, and employs more than 50 people now, 13 of us working in Gyula. The company has more than 50.000 customers, from individual translators to major companies such as Siemens or Infor. The company has offices In Budapest and Bonn, and we have colleagues working in Canada, the US, Portugal, France, the UK, and Poland as well. The company’s working language is English.
About the position

One of the cornerstones of Kilgray’s success is the top notch technical support we provide to our customers. As part of Kilgray’s team, you will work in our office in Gyula, providing support to our customers and internal team alike, regarding our products memoQ, memoQweb, Language Terminal and memoQ Cloud. Identifying, reproducing and reporting errors, documentation and testing are all parts of the job.

The ideal candidate is

  • A computer enthusiast, either with a degree in IT or programming, or having years of similar experience.
  • Quick learner
  • Able to work alone, but also good in teams
  • Speaks and writes fluently in English
  • Empathic, able to understand and recognize issues
  • Not afraid to ask customers or colleagues if the situation is not clear
  • Willing to work in shifts.
