Business Development Manager (DACH territories and others)

Tasks:

Competence:
Establishing and maintaining contact with leads, prospects and customers, regularly doing timely follow-ups, keeping the sales process for the leads at hand and coordinating all activities related to the sales process. Advisory role in formulating the sales strategy.

Responsibilities:
  1. High-quality performance of the tasks above,
  2. Frequently source the new leads from the different systems and not miss any leads,
  3. Keep all activities relating to the assigned leads in hand, and coordinate the work of all the different stakeholders,
  4. Software Demonstrations, Customer Presentations
  5. Register all important activities in the CRM system and make it visible for everyone in the company,
  6. Maintain a pipeline that allows them to meet the monthly quotas,
  7. Perform the requirements set down in the Labour Code.
Prerequisites to fill the position:
  1. Experience and knowledge in sales, an analytic approach to sales. Ability to perform consultative sales a bonus.
  2. Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills in English and German.
  3. Basic IT skills, experience and willingness to work with the CRM system, the support system and other systems.
  4. Understanding of IT concepts
  5. Willingness to learn about the competition.
  6. An ability to work flexibly.
  7. Precision and administration skills. Prompt responses.

Commission: Yes
Travel: Light to moderate.
Subordinates: none.
