About the Position
This position is for an Account Manager for North and South America to join Kilgray’s sales team. The Business Development Manager (BDM) negotiate the agreements with the prospects, and once a deal is made, the Account Manager makes sure that customers are using our tools and they are using the tools effectively and happily. The Account Manager will manage and retain the existing accounts, identify opportunity to attempt to grow existing accounts through cross-selling, renewals and up-selling.

Responsibilities:

  • The task of the AM is to increase customer satisfaction and at the same time sell support and upgrade packages and additional licenses, add-ons and professional services consultancy to customers.
  • Regularly (every 3-6 months) keeps in touch with server and cloud server customers, and coordinates internally with support, finance/administration, product management and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintains account information in the CRM system and produces reports on quotes, renewals, risks, lost customers, and reports back on customer wishes.
  • Conduct ongoing customer needs, analysis, research of customer requirements.
  • Collecting and reporting post sales customer information and issues.
  • Continuously learns about memoQ and its competitors, and also the market.
  • Sells support and upgrade packages, additional licenses and add-on licenses, and also sells consultancy and training if needed, coordinating with our partners.
  • Collects and regularly shares insights with product management.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in both English and Hungarian languages, both written and spoken.
  • Spanish and French knowledge are advantage.
  • Comfortable with being on the phone.
  • Quick to respond, quick to learn.
  • Good at using computer software.
  • Translation or project management background is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with memoQ server is an advantage.

    The successful candidate will work from Kilgray’s Budapest/Gyula office.
    Working Hours are American hours, 15:00  – 23:00 pm (CET)
